- The meeting involves calling into a US land-line phone number (there are no additional charges other than your carriers usual long distance rates) while simultaneously logging into a website to view the presentation on your computer.
- You can use Skype from outside the US. (rates vary from 2-4 cents per minute)
- Click on the web address above and you will be taken to the website to join the visual portion. (right click on the web address to open it in a new tab or window)
- The meeting will be open from approx. 15 minutes prior to start time and you can join at any time after that.
- Please announce yourself when joining to say Hi to the group. Also, you should mute your phone when not talking so as to reduce background noise for all attendees.
