Jay was born in Dallas, Texas. He began his Scientology adventure in 1985, and in June 1987 joined staff at the Dallas Org, where he was Dir Promo & Marketing. Kay reg�d him for staff, as she was the Asst Dissem Sec for the Dallas Org at the time. He also ran the printing press for Dallas Mission of the Southwest. Jay always had a very strong Third Dynamic and, in fact, put the Third Dynamic above all of his other dynamics.
