Div 6 could include YouTuber.  Using no enforcement we could have the Org Board for the OT Committee.  But we should use all Divisions.

Purpose: Dave we should poll what the purpose of Scientology OTC is.

Brian - fWe should set it up as a loose group of people who want to promote Scientology and get together with independent ideas that we recruit people to help out with.

Theo - It should have a high purpose and be rational.

Onup - Purpose to develop and implement optimum solutions.  Ethics - across the dynamics.  We should learn from the past.  Find out what's needed and wanted.  Survey.  Look at past successful actions.  Self-Determinism should be supported.

Nanette - We need to have prices listed for auditors so that new people can search by prices.

Paul - Many people do not want to be public. 

Theo - How to give a presentation?

Dave - Submit more than 24 hours before to Dave so he can present them.  PDF, PowerPoint (*.ppt or *.pptx files) and MP4 are ok.

Theo - Org board presentation.

Chris Black - We need to know about our purpose and apply what can be applied.  We need to keep at it and never stop.  Keep moving what we are doing towards an ideal scene.

Onup - Evernote is a good tool.

I am also using asana.com as a communications system with colleagues and it's a great tool. Maybe we can check it out.
